Shipping Policy

We currently ship to Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 12–24 hours (business days only) after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, you will be contacted by our delivery partner.

Delivery Times:

  • Albania: 1–3 business days
  • Kosovo: 3–8 business days
  • North Macedonia: 5–12 business days
    ⚠️ Note: If the customer does not answer the phone when the courier calls, delivery may be delayed.

 

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.

Tracking:
Orders shipped via our local postal service do not include real-time online tracking. Customers will be contacted directly by the courier for delivery updates.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If an order is confirmed lost or damaged by the postal service, we will either:

  • Reship the product at no additional cost ,or
  • Refund the order if the customer does not wish to wait for a replacement.

Customs & Import Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery:
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or inability to contact the customer, we will reship the order for free. However, please note that this may result in longer delivery times.
